Terms, Conditions and Shipping


Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The shipping costs are applied to the product cost, which varies depending on the country, city or destination. In Italy must be added € 10.00. Shipping is free if you exceed € 150.00. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Mario d'Ischia adopts two payment systems:

Payments on Paypal circuit


PayPal complies with the international PCI-DSS compliance standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). All credit card data is processed exclusively by Paypal and is not provided to Mario d'Ischia.

Payments by bank transfer

If you choose to pay with the Advance Bank Transfer the goods are processed upon receipt of the transfer.

Once the bank transfer has been made, we recommend sending an email to confirm the date of payment and the reference code for the bank transfer.


Mario d'Ischia products are shipped with various national and international carriers based on the destination and country of destination.

Delivery time

Upon receipt of the order (with payment made), we proceed to make the sandal with times ranging from 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times of couriers in Italy are on average 48 / 72h which are to be added to the time of realization of the product.

For international shipments the times can vary from country to country.

Returns and cancellations policy

The sandals purchased on mariodischia.com are handmade and on customer's express order as we have no stock and we do not produce sandals in series. For this reason it is not possible to cancel or return an order, in any case it is preferable to contact us to agree on the right solution.

If the product received does not correspond to the order placed on www.mariodischia.com for an error attributable to us (model, size, color or heel) we will replace it.

We ask that you take the utmost care by checking the size of your foot by following the simple instructions in the "Size Guide" section.

In the event that the package arrives damaged or open, please report it to the courier at the time of delivery and marking the receipt with the words "subject to acceptance for verification of the contents" or not to withdraw it, in which case we invite you to contact us immediately and report it to us.
